Day 01 :

Arrival in Guwahati – Transfer to Shillong

Arrive at Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (GAU) in Guwahati. Meet your representative and drive to Shillong (approx. 3-4 hours). En route, stop at Umiam Lake (Barapani) for a breathtaking photo session. Check in to your hotel in Shillong. Evening free to explore the local market (Police Bazaar). Overnight in Shillong.

Day 02 :

Shillong – Cherrapunjee (The Wettest Place on Earth)

After breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (Sohra). Visit the famous Nohkalikai Falls (the tallest plunge waterfall in India). Explore the Mawsmai Caves to see the fascinating limestone formations. Visit the Seven Sisters Falls and Eco Park. Witness the Living Root Bridges from a viewpoint. Overnight in Cherrapunjee.

Day 03 :

Cherrapunjee – Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek

Today is the highlight of the trip. Trek down to the village of Nongriat to see the incredible Double-Decker Living Root Bridge. This is a 3,000-step trek (down and up) through a lush subtropical forest. Swim in the natural pools beneath the bridge. Enjoy a packed lunch amidst nature. Return to Cherrapunjee by evening. Overnight stay.

Day 04 :

Cherrapunjee – Dawki (Umngot River) – Mawlynnong (Asia’s Cleanest Village)

Check out and drive towards Dawki. Experience the surreal boating on the Umngot River. The water is so clear you can see the river bed 20 meters below (visibility depends on weather). Later, drive to Mawlynnong, known as the 'God’s Own Garden'. Explore the village's spotless streets, the living root bridge, and the sky view point offering views of Bangladesh. Overnight in Mawlynnong/Dawki.

Day 05 :

Mawlynnong – Shillong (Leisure Day)

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast in the cleanest village. Visit the nearby balancing rock before driving back to Shillong. Spend the afternoon at leisure exploring the local cafes, or visit the Don Bosco Museum for a deep dive into the culture of Northeast India. Overnight in Shillong.

Day 06 :

Shillong – Guwahati (Departure)

After breakfast, drive back to Guwahati. Visit the Kamakhya Temple (if time permits) before being dropped off at the airport for your flight back home.
